Eu devia pensar seriamente nisto.

E em trabalhar e não me distrair, já que estamos numa de perder velhos hábitos.
Por falar em trabalho, passar pelos corredores deste aquário seja por que motivo for, hoje é uma tentação. Com esta preguiça, dá vontade de ser gato e espreguiçar-se a manhã toda à janela e apanhar o rico solinho que por ela passa.

Estava a pensar em mudar a lista. O item n.º6, como agora acabei de me aperceber, deixa a desejar relativamente ao que aquela casa pode oferecer.
Mas como o que está feito fica feito e eu já lancei a lista, assim ela vai ficar.
Para além disso, ter ido uma vez serviu para quebrar o gelo. Ir lá não vai tardar a tornar-se um hábito e espero poder ter oportunidade de subir àquele terceiro andar que está vedado ao público e que eu sei estar recheado de coisas preciosas.

Hoje foi a melhor coisa que podia ter feito.
Vai ser um bom recurso para dias em que mais vale não sair de casa, já estou a ver.

Ontem de manhã.
Na minha única e matinal passeata pela cidade de Genève, de toda a semana que passei na Suíça. Descobri que uma das livrarias do centro tinha fechado. E estava coberta de posters do Mickael Carreira.

Hoje.
Apercebi-me que a calçada irregular da cidade de Braga vai tornar impossível vir de patins em linha para a Universidade.
Vai mesmo ter que ser de bicicleta.

finalmente, decido-me a fazer perguntas. cronologicamente:

o meu bisavô , chamado joão, matou um homem e foi preso. era pedreiro e na altura vivia na ponte do bico, aqui em braga. para atravessar a ponte arriscava-se a ser assaltado diariamente e uma vez iam até atira-lo para o rio - ao irmão do meu avô roubaram-lhe aí o orçamento - salvou-lhe a pele um homem que passava e disse "esse não, que esse aí é conhecido!" , e pronto, lá lhe salvou o pêlo. Dizia eu, arriscava-se a muito só para chegar a casa, e como quase toda a gente, tinha a sua pistolinha na algibeira. Numa noite de copos, um brutamontes, com o dobro da altura do sr. joão - conheces bem a estatura normal dos vieiras - ameaça matar um gato. ao meu bisavô, meteu-se-lhe na cabeça que o homem não podia matar o gato! então depois de pancadaria, com o homem gigante em cima dele, sr. joão saca da pistola e dá-lhe um tiro.
depois vai para casa, enfia-se na cama e adormece.
Na manhã seguinte, com a polícia à porta, diz que não se lembra de nada, a polícia faz questão de lho relembrar, e sr. joão é preso na cadeia do campo da vinha (?).
Morre na cama, tranquilamente, depois de ter molhado doces de romaria numa malga de leite, comprados pela minha avô. come e morre.
"que morte santa" diziam.

Sr. João era casado com a dona Glória, minha bisavó, portantos. Ela vendia fruta, tremoços e azeitonas à face da estrada. às vezes mantinha as frutas debaixo duma cobertura no quintal de casa, e os garotos que iam ao rio, passavam por lá e roubavam-lhe tremoços! ah, a casa ficava mesmo ao lado do rio. aliás, contou-me o meu tio, que debaixo do chão da casa, estavam só cobrinhas d'agua e que uma vez, ele pensava que estava a mamar na mama da minha avó, mas não, tinha um rabinho de cobra na boca!

A minha avozinha, a linda e amorosa SeTresinha, vendia fruta com a mãe,o que implicava acompanha-la desde a ponte do bico até ao mercado, no centro da cidade, com os cestos da fruta. Quando a Dona Glória morreu, Teresinha fica com o lugar no mercado. Aí, como não descontava para a segurança social, decidiu pensar na velhice e fez-se padeira, em que trabalhou 10 anos, o mínimo para obter depois uma reforma. Entre vender o pão, criar seis filhos e cuidar do marido, fazia também a limpeza nas casas de duas senhoras amigas.

O meu avô a Augusto Araújo Fernandes, pura e simplesmente ignorou o Araújo do nome e passou a ser só Augusto Fernandes. Bela peça, descobri que o meu avô era um bon vivant. Quando fazia viagens de comboio ao Porto com a filha, dizia assim ao passar em Famalicão "olha, já tive aqui uma namorada"; passado mais uns minutos repetia a frase. Era muito amigo de estudantes e como sempre foi comerciante, uma vez ofereceu um fato a um estudante que não tinha dinheiro para comprar um para levar a namorada a ver uma exposição colonial no palácio de cristal. foi para o brasil visitar a irmã e por lá ficou uns tempos...depois voltou e foi ele quem movimentou toda a familia...da ponte do bico para o areal. no areal, abre um tasco frente ao então inexistente quartel. a minha avô trata dos fritos antes de ir para a padaria e ele trata do resto. nesse tasco, vive toda a família. nesse tasco, viria depois a abrir o meu avô paterno a sua oficina de metalurgia. pois, que uma vez que a ideia do quartel começa a surgir e a tornar-se realidade, os livro de calotes do sr. augusto começa a aumentar e não tem alternativa a viver ao pé de montariol, onde vive uma bruxa agora. depois foram para a casa que conheci, e de que sinto falta. papel de parede amarelo e azul e linóleo a imitar a madeira no chão.
Augusto faz do rio o que ele quer. excelente nadador, aventureiro, namoradeiro, e excelente guitarrista faz cócegas nos pés da minha avó quando ela era criança. casaram-se tinha ele 50 e ela 26. ela servia-lhe o café na casa do professor da aldeia, que o avô frequentava.
nunca incomodou ninguém. nem deixava que ninguém incomodasse alguém. uma vez cortou as tranças da minha tia com a sua navalha da barba, porque tinha de pedir à vizinha que as fizesse, uma fez que a vó saía demasiado cedo de casa para as fazer. essa minha tia, revoltada, faz o mesmo penteado a uma gémeas que conhecia, dizendo que ficariam muito mais bonitas. estas, com um penteado irremediável vão chorar para a saia da sua mãe, que vem fazer queixa à minha avó, que quer bater na minha tia. "o Se Tresinha, não bata! só não sei o que faça ao cabelo das minhas filhas!..."

"aquilo" sempre esteve ao meu lado e nunca o vi assim. "aquilo" é a cultura popular na sua simplicidade, no seu lugar de nascença, no seu em bruto

dei por mim boquiaberta de cada vez que descobria o porquê de um detalhe numa roupa minhota, ou do nome de uma cidade.

só de pensar nas histórias, sabedorias, danças, cantares, jogos, que guardam os nossos velhos sinto uma curiosidade já emocionada, um pavor de que fiquem por terra, na deles, com eles.

há anos, quando tinha o cabelo cor-de-rosa, fui a vila da ponte e pelo caminho conhecemos a dona ana. a dona ana vestia-se de negro e calçava umas botas sujas de lama. cantou-nos uma música da ana e de um príncipe. tiramos uma fotografia com a dona ana e prometemos enviar-lha. a culpa é só minha, ainda tenho a foto comigo e nunca a enviei. entretanto a senhora deve ter morrido.

Depois de 8 dias a temperaturas beirãs (entre 40 e 45º à sombra), os 20º cá do Norte são quase difíceis de suportar, tendo em conta que é Verão.
Relativamente às temperaturas impossíveis, nem eu acreditava, até verificar que todos os termómetros em campo diziam o mesmo...
